Despite the greatest care, even the most careful guests suffer minor and major damage or equipment unexpectedly gives up the ghost. A broken champagne glass can easily be replaced by a wine glass in an emergency. If the coffee machine should be defective, this leads at the latest in the morning hours to discomfort. It is even more annoying for the guest if the dishwasher, the stove or the washing machine breaks down. In such a situation, it is necessary to quickly provide a replacement.
In our warehouse we keep the common furnishings and electrical appliances for these cases for a quick replacement. If major electrical appliances fail, we can temporarily place functional loaner appliances in the unit.\n
Upon request, we provide your guests with defined welcome packages in different price ranges along with a bottle of sparkling wine and fresh flowers in the apartments. This kind of greeting goes far beyond the welcome bedtime snack.
