• You sleep in high-quality king-size box spring beds, if required our comfortable sofa beds can also be prepared for you.
• Bed linen and towels are provided by us.
• In the bathrooms you will find shower gel / shampoo, hand soap and a hairdryer.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery.
• Almost all apartments have a washing machine or tumble dryer.
• All apartments have free WLAN access and 50´ flatscreen TV.
• For your daily planning you will find various information material, such as city maps and a city magazine.
• All apartments are available to our guests for their exclusive use.

On request, we can provide you with children’s travel beds (60 x 120 cm) and highchairs free of charge in all apartments. Children’s crockery is available in the kitchen.

We provide free WLAN access. Our apartments are accessible via a keyless door code system and are thus secured against unauthorized access. In addition, check-in is possible around the clock.

• If cancelled up to 14 days before check-in, you will receive a 90% refund.
• If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If cancelled up to 3 days before check-in, you will receive a 30% refund.
• If cancelled within 3 days before check-in, the total booking cost is not refundable.

Our flats are not affected by the Berlin “Law on the Alienation of Purposes”, which restricts short-term stays in holiday flats. Our apartments are legally commercial properties such as a hotel/guesthouse. Your booking is safe & legal.

With us you do not pay the overnight stay tax separately with journey!

Since the beginning of 2014, the Berlin Senate has levied an overnight tax (City Tax) for private stays of 5% of the pure overnight price up to a maximum stay of 21 days. The accommodation tax is already included in the booking price. Verifiably business-related stays are excluded from the overnight stay tax. You will find the relevant forms on the website of the tax authorities for finances (scoll down for information in English).
