On request, the sofa bed in the living room can be prepared for up to 8 guests.

The quarter between Kurfürstendamm and Kantstrasse has always been known for its dignified, charming atmosphere. In the side streets there are numerous interesting small shops and restaurants, especially the proximity to the Kurfürstendamm and the Savignyplatz are advantages of this apartment.
An evening stroll is worthwhile, and the nightlife can also be discovered here. Within walking distance is one of the city’s landmarks, the ruins of the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, a memorial to the war.
The Zoological Garden, the Europacenter and the KaDeWe can be found in the wider surroundings, and the City East can also be reached in no time by public transport. Not far away, by the way, is the art and flea market on the Strasse des 17. Juni, which can be recommended on weekends.
