On 170m² you step into a long corridor, from which to the right there is a large living/dining room, in which you can gather for hours to eat, talk and laugh together. Here we also provide you with a 52´Zoll flatscreen TV with multiple national and international programs. This central area is flanked by 2 bedrooms with high-quality kingsize boxspring beds as well as single boxspring beds and wardrobes, which can be supplemented with additional sofa beds if required to provide single berths or larger groups space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with sink, oven and stove with ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, radio, crockery, pots and pans etc…

The shower room has been completely renovated, we offer our guests freshly made beds, towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. A tumble dryer is also part of the equipment.
Business travellers will appreciate the up to 10 single beds, the free WLAN connection and the large dining table for working.

The apartment on the 2nd floor (with elevator) is located in spite of the direct location at the busy Greifswalder Strasse absolutely quiet in a residential building.

Step out of the house and be right in the middle of it. The next supermarket right next door, restaurants, bakeries, galleries, shops of any kind, and who turns around the corner into the next side street, is immediately captured by the flair of the Prenzlauer Berg – young cheerful life from early morning till late into the night! Kollwitzplatz, Helmholtzplatz, Schönhauser Allee and Volkspark Friedrichshain within walking distance, the colorful variety of the district already fills a visit to Berlin. Alexanderplatz with the television tower is also less than 2 km away, and the Brandenburg Gate can also be reached by direct bus.
